* Important: please note that with the surge in eCommerce seen with Covid-19 and with the festive season fast approaching, suppliers are experiencing higher than usual order volumes which might delay deliveries.
We will pass along any new information that we receive from any suppliers / with respect to any items in your order.

Milray Park places all your orders with our retail partners on your behalf.

Any updated we get from the retailers, you get!

Once your items have been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking URL.

Our retail partners use 3 types of delivery services depending on the category of goods you are ordering:

- Australia Post

 Requires a signature on delivery, therefore, please ensure someone is at home to sign for it otherwise, you can have the goods delivered to your work or you can provide authority to leave the parcel in a safe location. If you miss the delivery the carrier will leave a calling card with details of the nearest Australian Post Office where you may collect your items. 

Once your item is shipped from the supplier's warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number.

- Standard delivery service

Requires a signature on delivery, therefore, please ensure someone is at home to sign for it otherwise you can have the goods delivered to your work. They only deliver on business days between business hours. 

Once your item is shipped from the supplier's warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

If you miss the delivery the carrier will leave a calling card instructing you on how to re-arrange delivery. 

- Scheduled delivery service

 You will be contacted directly by the courier company to schedule a delivery day that works best for you. You will also receive a call on approach.
